With Eventbrite, the domain and branding were third-party (little differentiation), funds were held until after the race, the checkout couldn't ask for shirt sizes or personalise emails, and there was no referral program — growth depended on increasingly expensive paid ads.

Own domain at tickets.sincroniadeportiva.com.ar with instant Mercado Pago payouts to fund shirts, barriers and timing. Checkout with optional fields (shirt size, age group, running club), post-purchase email with kit pickup instructions, and an integrated referral program with configurable automatic refunds (30%, 50% or 100% by volume). On race day the production team closes sign-ups, scans QRs at the start line and checks outstanding payments from the app — between races they read the weekly analytics-agent insight on which distance to price up or down before the next launch.
