With Eventbrite, Enigmax had a third-party brand dominating the experience, a slow and outdated flow, no local processor (high card declines), money held until after the event, email-only support and no ability to request custom development.
The Solution
Tickets sold at tickets.enigmaxoficial.com under their own brand, native Mercado Pago integration (almost zero declines and money instantly available), an app that loads in under 1 s and scans QR in under 0.5 s, custom development delivered in 1–2 weeks, and automated 24 h post-event reviews to improve every experience. Every franchise runs with the Fanz app in their pocket: QR scans in under half a second at the room door, fresh promos pushed live whenever a session is undersold, and reviews landing the second a game ends — Fanzly delivers 24/7 support no matter which city is opening the next room.
